Pseudophoxinus ninae, a new species from Central Anatolia, Turkey(Teleostei: Cyprinidae)Abstract
Pseudophoxinus ninae, new species,from Onaç drainage, Central Anatolia, is distinguished from other Anatolian Pseudophoxinus by an incomplete lateral line, 46-52 +2-3 scales in lateral series, the pelvic-fin origin in front of the dorsal-fin origin, short pelvic fins, no scaled keel between the posterior pelvic-fin base and the anus, a rounded snout, small eyes and short head.
